On 9 September 2025, Ambassador Nadhavathna Krishnamra paid a courtesy call on Judith Cummins, Deputy Speaker (First Deputy Chairman of Ways and Means) of the House of Commons at Westminster Palace. The two sides exchanged views on the increasing positive momentum in the bilateral relations between Thailand and the United Kingdom, including, not only the signing of the Strategic Partnership Roadmap and the Enhanced Trade Partnership in 2024, but also activities organized both in Thailand and the United Kingdom to commemorate the 170th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between the two countries. The discussion also covered developments in Thailand, the region and the United Kingdom.

Deputy Speaker Cummins welcomed the positive development in the relations between the two countries and reaffirmed her readiness to help further promote ties between the two countries, in particular parliamentary relations.
