1. Applicants are urgently required to travel abroad
(Note: emergency passports may have limitations for visa applications)
2. For Thai nationals residing in Ireland who require to travel to the UK to renew their Thai passport

Minor applicants (under 20 years of age)
- Thai Birth Certificate

- In the case of minors’ name is not listed on a Thai House Registration,
see Appendix 1
- Valid Thai National ID Card for persons aged 7 and above
- In the case of loss/expiration, see Appendix 2
- In the case of the issuance of first Thai National ID Card, see Appendix 3
- National ID Card of the Thai parent
