On 12 January 2026, Ambassador Nadhavathna Krishnamra welcomed a delegation from the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (Public Organisation), or TCEB, led by Mrs. Supawan Teerarat, President of TCEB. Also present were Mr. Charubhumi Ruangsuwan, Minister Counsellor and Mrs. Ornwijit Chantrangsri, Counsellor at the Royal Thai Embassy in London.

The two sides exchanged views on Thailand’s strong position as an international exhibition hub. The Royal Thai Embassy will seek to further cooperate with TCEB in promoting Thailand’s potential in working with UK-based organisations and businesses on meetings and exhibitions businesses, and expanding networks of cooperation, with a view to advancing the sustainable growth of Thailand’s MICE industry.
