On 7 October 2026, Mrs. Priabthip Krishnamra, spouse of the Ambassador of Thailand to the UK, together with officials of the Royal Thai Embassy, attended the launch and book signing of Tastes of Love and Light: A Thai Vegan Cookbook by Philippa Kingsley, at the Bulthaup Mayfair Showroom in London.

          On this occasion, Mrs. Priabthip presented a bouquet of flowers to Ms. Kingsley to congratulate her on the launch of the book, commending her efforts to promote Thai vegan cuisine and introducing it to a wider audience in the UK. Tastes of Love and Light: A Thai Vegan Cookbook presents vegan Thai cuisine, using plant-based ingredients to create Thai dishes while preserving the distinctive and balance of flavours and key elements of traditional Thai cuisine. The book features a diverse selection of Thai recipes and introduces ideas of adapting Thai dishes to suit contemporary plant-based dietary preferences.
