Passport for Buddhist Monks
- Current Thai Passport
- In the case of lost passport, please complete the statement form click here
- Valid Thai National ID card
- In the case of loss/expiration, see Appendix 2
- Thai Buddhist monk Identification Card
- Letter from the National Office of Buddhism
- Resolution from the Sangha Supreme Council (for Thai Buddhist monk missionary only)
- Passport application form click here
- Applicants may collect the passport in person or request for the return of passport by post (For postage returns, please provide a self-addressed pre-paid Royal Mail Special Delivery 500g envelope)

Note:
- Thai Buddhist monk missionary may apply for both an official passport and an ordinary passport
- Other monks may only apply for an ordinary passportFees
*Card payments only (AMEX not accepted)
- 10-year ordinary passport: £45
- 5-year ordinary/official passport: £30
- 1-year emergency passport: £10
- Emergency Travel Document (ETD): There is no fee charged

- 4-6 weeks
