Judicial Process Visa

Non-Immigrant Type O / to be a contestant or a witness for the judicial process (Single entry / Multiple entries)

Required Document

1. Biodata page of Passport or Travel Document
2. Photograph taken within the last six months
   - If the photograph does not reflect your current appearance you may be refused to enter the Kingdom of Thailand.
3. Document indicating current location
   - Applicant’s local utility bills (shows your name and address) e.g. electricity bill/ gas / mobile phone / rental agreement.
4. Financial evidence: amount of no less than 30,000 THB (£700), e.g. bank statements, sponsorship letter
   - Applicant’s recent official UK/Ireland bank statement shows your name, address (Screenshots are not accepted)
5. Document showing one-time participation in the judicial process (Single / less than 90 days) or scheduled series of participation in the judicial process (Multiple / less than 90 days per entry)
