The Royal Thai Embassy, London, wishes to refer to the announcement by the British Government to ease the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic (national lockdown) on Wednesday 2nd December 2020 and to implement the COVID-19 Winter Plan 3-Tiered Alert System from Thursday 3rd December 2020 until further notice and our announcement to sanitize the Embassy from COVID-19 particles since Tuesday 1st December 2020.
In accordance with the above announcement and the British Government’s health advices and regulations, starting from Tuesday 8th December 2020, the Royal Thai Embassy, London, will resume normal working hours on Monday to Friday between 0900 – 1230 hrs and 1400 – 1700 hrs. by appointment only. For consular services, the Embassy will be opened from Monday to Friday (except the Embassy’s official holidays) between 0900 - 1230 hrs, with services to be provided as follows:
- In-person services by appointment only for passport, emergency travel document, Thai I.D. card, and birth certificate;
- Legalisation services by post;
- Online application for the Certificate of Entry at “https://coethailand.mfa.go.th”; and
- Online visa services at https://thaievisa.go.th, with passports to be submitted and returned to applicants by post.
