The Royal Thai Embassy in London organised mobile consular services in Dublin, Ireland during 25 - 26 July 2026 at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel. Approximately 200 Thais received various consular services, including issuance of passports, ID cards, birth certificate, and legalisation, as well as consultation on different issues.

The Office of Educational Affairs in the UK also took part in the mobile consular services. Visits were made to Thai scholars, providing information on government scholarships to Thai students in Ireland. Meetings were held with executives of leading educational and training institutions in Ireland, namely the Europass Teacher Academy, University College Dublin (UCD) and Trinity College Dublin (TCD) on the promotion of educational collaboration, course development, and academic opportunities for Thai students. At present, two Thai Government Scholarship students (Thai scholars) are taking PhDs in Nursing & Midwifery and Physics at TCD and one Thai scholar is studying for a PhD in Biosystems and Food Engineering at UCD.

The Royal Thai Embassy in London regularly organises mobile consular services across the UK and Ireland. The next mobile consular visit will be to Edinburgh.
