Royal Thai Embassy in London and British Embassy in Bangkok Announce Logo Design Competition to Celebrate 170 Years of Diplomatic Relations Between Thailand and the UK

To mark the occasion of the 170th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between Thailand and the United Kingdom, the Royal Thai Embassy in London and the British Embassy in Bangkok are excited to co-organize an exclusive Logo Design Competition.

We invite creative minds from both nations to craft a logo that will symbolize this enduring partnership throughout 2024 and 2025.

If you’re 30 years old or younger, and a British or Thai citizen residing in the UK or Thailand, this is your chance to leave your mark on history! Not only will the winning design be used in all official anniversary-related materials, but finalists will also receive amazing prizes, including:

• For UK Participants: A return economy flight from London to Bangkok, courtesy of Thai Airways, and 8 nights of luxury at a 5-star hotel in Thailand. (This applies to both Thai and British nationals residing in the UK).

• For Thai Participants: A return economy flight from Bangkok to London, along with accommodation in the UK. (This applies to both Thai and British nationals residing in Thailand).

The competition is open, and the deadline for the final design submission has been extended to 1st November 2024. All submissions must be sent in PNG and/or PDF format (max file size of 20MB) to [email protected].

The final winning logo will take center stage in all official events and communications related to the anniversary, showcased across both digital and print platforms in Thailand and the UK.
