On 12 May 2018, Mr. Tull Traisorat, Minister, presided over the opening ceremony of the Songkran Celebrations and the robe offering ceremony in Bridgwater, Somerset. The event was co-organised by Rak Thai School and “Ruamjai Thai Volunteer” Group and was joined by over 200 people. During the event, there were traditional Thai activities such as merit-making, pouring water onto the Buddha images, paying respect to the elderly as well as Thai traditional dance performances by Rak Thai School’s students.
