On 25 September 2017, the Royal Thai Embassy launched the first of "A Journey to Thailand" series titled "19th Century Royal Court Fashion and Textiles". Mr Lupt Utama, our special guest speaker, took the audience back to 19th - mid 20th Century Siam through the history and cultural/ political implications of Siamese Royal Court textile and costume.
