On the occasions of the World Ocean Day and Day of the Seafarers for the year 2021, the Royal Thai Embassy, London, is delighted to present the culinary experience of the "Seafarer's DIY Tom Yum Kung Noodles" kit.

The DIY Tom Yum Kung noodles kit is carefully crafted in collaboration with Rosa Thai Café, a renown Thai restauranteur in the UK. The kit will be delivered to the diplomatic community and friends of Thailand across the United Kingdom on Friday 14th May 2021, for your enjoyment with friends and families over the weekend. Through this Thai national dish, we hope to convey our warm wishes to our friends and global partners.

Exclusively featured along with this Seafarer’s Tom Yum Kung Noodles kit is a digital cook-along guided by Chef Pisanu Suvanajata. He will show how to blend the Thai hospitality into this delicious dish in the comfort of your home.

It is Thailand’s hope that this DIY cooking set will act as the "(Sea)Food for Thoughts" that underscores Thailand’s commitment to the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and calls for the international community to join hands in the promotion of maritime sustainability and ensuring clean, green, and safe oceans for all.
